| It idled funny most the time, the afr was up and down but most of all it was detonating when trying to boost over 6lb. And thats not even at WOT. So I replaced alot of parts(see profile) trying to narrow it down and finally just took it to them. I actually probably would have found it soon but its been hard to find time to work on the Z lately. Anyway the problem was the timing belt was off by a tooth or two which made the timing to far advanced on one side to the engine. I bought the car like that but was unaware of this because the oem clutch was slipping so i wasn't getting into boost at the time anyway. I don't think the previous owner drove it hard at all anyway so I don't think he was aware of the problem. My buddy has a lower mileage 93TT with alot of the same mods I have so I know how it should run... My Z feels like a totally different beast now and I was/am more than surprised at how its running. I think I even surprised my buddy as we drove back home ;)
